This chimney cleaning service was my first experience with Firesafe Chimney Services. Rob and Marc arrived on time and were pleasant to meet. After showing them the access, stove, and chimney, they got to work. Throughout the process, the service was professional. Both Rob and Marc were easy to communicate with, and they cleaned the stove/chimney efficiently. They told me the inside pipe had not been attached to the wall (or to another section), and they fixed this issue. They even told me they didn't have a black screw to match the pipe and asked if a silver one would be alright to use (it was fine with me). This screw was a small matter, but it showed attention to detail and a desire to do good work. By the way, the silver screw is barely noticeable, and I'm not even going to paint it black. I appreciated the conversations I had with the men who came to the house about the stove, the chimney, and the process of cleaning. These were friendly people who demonstrated knowledge about their work and the chimney cleaning industry. I also liked seeing actual pictures of the inside of the chimney, which assured me that my chimney was safe to operate for the upcoming heating season. No other chimney cleaners had offered this service to me in the past. All in all, I was pleased with Fireside Chimney's services, and I'm glad I booked your company for next year's service. Paul N. we scheduled an inspection and firesafe came on time, excellent service and communication with us. we chose to get rid of our wood stove and have firesafe install a pellet stove! work was fast and workers were very clean and friendly!!! A+++++ would recommend Firesafe to everyone..
