Called and left a voicemail with my contact information each week for over a month, as well as requesting an appointment online, and received NO response. It has now been five months and still nothing. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care from this facility for new patients seeking help.

I went here looking for therapy and had medication pushed on me even though I began by saying I didn’t want it. After a hard sell from both my therapist and the psychiatrist, I reluctantly agreed.

Fast forward two month and I’m in the throes of SSRI withdrawal because the office wouldn’t pick up the phone so I could request a refill. I’ve left five messages over the past week. Come to find out from my pcp, this place was not supposed to be prescribing me medication at all.

What’s worse is my therapist would struggle to keep her eyes open during my sessions and would circle around the same topics that I didn’t want to talk about every single week.

If possible I would currently give zero. In the past a 10. However, my prescriber had retired, she refilled my meds on 12/16/2023, but had missed one. She told me to call in January and I will be assigned a new prescriber. I have called 6 times, left detailed messages on all the extensions. My insurance company has tried to reach the practice for approval, they also have not heard anything. I have emailed & called the CEO Eleftheria Tsavoussis without a response. I have been without my medication for a week - with no change in sight. Beyond serious and dangerous for my health. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Mental Health today!!
