Overall it was a good haircut but my stylist stopped cutting just to go to the desk to help somebody. That’s a major sensory issue for me. It just feels weird for there to be a random pause in the middle of snipping just to help someone at the desk. Please have a designated worker do that and not make it so that I get artificially interrupted. That is really hard for me.
I have been a frequent and long term Super Cuts customer in Waltham. I typically just walk in without calling ahead and 99 % of the time they accommodate me…at times rearranging scheduling… Every stylist has their own unique way of approaching a haircut and their choice of tools… all with a great level of professionalism. A typical visit is filled with positive chatter and vibes… Just had my hair cut yesterday by Minnie and absolutely loved the desired textured results… have had many haircuts by Christy (love her!!) with similar reviews!!! I have always had an uplifting relaxing experience at Super Cuts… always look forward to my visits!!!
Tommy is awesome! He understands what customers need and does a great job!!!
Requested style: My hair is growing strangely after 5 months of chemotherapy. Tommy knew what to do to make it look better.
