I reached out to Ray about doing the carpets in my house. Ray responded quickly to my inquiry. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work under my short timeframe I had to get this done.
Ray showed up on time and was very thorough in his analysis of the job and what was needed. He took his time and did a phenomenal job as my carpets were very overdue for cleaning and he made each room carpet look like they were brand new.
Ray was also very nice to my cat. Going as far as even letting me know when things were going to be loud, so I could make sure my cat was okay and comfortable. He even made sure to throw in a couple pets... read full review

Ray did an excellent job cleaning several of our carpets. Before cleaning he analyzed fiber content in each room, and explained what he would be doing. He spent much more time and effort on our rugs than previous cleaners, and we’re delighted with the results!
