I imagine they are overwhelmed because they work with the VA. But their communication is horrible. I called last week with a simple question that could have been answered with a message on my voicemail. Nothing. How many times have I heard "I'll get back to you," and heard nothing? They arranged a caregiver for my father on a day when he has a standing appointment. They promised to try to fix it. That was the last I heard from that worker, and when another worker got in touch, she chided me because we had not accepted that offer. My father's a vet. Do better.

The woman who came to my apartment was very pleasant easy to talk about everything I require and requested. My Cleaning Woman is also very nice and thorough with cleaning my apartment and cleaning up my home!
