I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the woman (I’m sorry I don’t know her name!) who has helped me each time I’ve come here. I’ve only needed dry-cleaning a couple of times, but both times were after last-minute mishaps with my daughter’s dance recital costumes. Each time, she was so kind, understanding, and willing to take the costumes on short notice. Thanks to her, they were perfectly ready a few days before the performance. Her kindness and willingness to help during such stressful moments truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful for her help and can’t thank her enough!
I just used Queen for the first time for some dry cleaning - WOW! They are efficient with a focus on customer service. Not only did they dry clean my coat, they repaired a broken chain which is a service I wasn’t expecting. The coat also smelt clean - I’ve used other dry cleaners where it maybe barely made a dent in that stinky smell from wearing a winter coat. Great attention to detail - they get my business.
The service at this dry cleaners is unparalleled! Not only are my clothes impeccably cleaned and pressed, but Luke and Mina are always friendly and kind. Mina is very skillful in tailoring, and her attention to detail is impressive. My clothes always fit perfectly after her alterations. The prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend :)
