The staff and the attention to helping the customer is exceptional. Went in to get my Lexus key cut he double checked with the car and made the key then made sure the key worked when he finished. I would definitely recommend this place for any car.

It's when something doesn't go as planned that service providers really show what they are made of. I hired Lockwiz to come to my house and make a replacement spare key fob for my Subaru Outback. When they ran into some problems (due to a faulty new replacement key fob from their provider), the owner drove right down and, without going into details went way above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I was treated more than fairly. It is reassuring to find small business owners who are so dead honest, responsive, and works hard to make sure a customer is happy. Truly exceptional. You can't go wrong here.

Great service. Went in for a new car fob. He could get one for more than half off what dealer wanted. But then fiddled with my old one and fixed it. No charge. And with a smile. Has a customer for life now. Thanks Lockwiz!
