Frank the owner was extremely pleasant to work with! Even after signing a contract in which I was obligated to pay full price, he didn’t make me. The original scope of work was a little easier to fix than thought. Knocked off a significant amount from the contract. The work they did to fix my metal roof was top notch as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent work, looks just like the original with new matching trim. In 2014 I had Landmark replace the rear gutters with handmade copper gutters, very pricey. They have held up with no issues., but price of copper is currently even more expensive.

Landmark Roofing did my roof several years ago including ice and water shield. We had positive references from neighbors at the time. It has held up very well. Fall of 2021, water began leaking into the family room. Ryan determined that one of the 20-year-old skylights was failing. He provided a quote to replace both and also sealed around the skylights as a temporary measure, which kept the family room dry during 2-3 torrential rainstorms. In January 2022, Landmark installed two new skylights. So fat so good!
