Initially, I spoke with Ken regarding an issue with the line sets for my mini-split. Insulating foam casings wrapped around the line sets were disintegrating. Ken sent George to inspect the line sets and replace the casings with a higher grade product. George was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a great job carefully wrapping the line sets with the new product. The cost for the replacement was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ken's HVAC Service!
