I am posting this review specifically to offset the one negative review written by very difficult people in our condominium association. Kelly Property Services was the most respectful, professional, and kindest group of workmen I have ever had in my home. Before the construction began, they went house to house to go over in great detail what the work would entail and what we needed to do to prepare. They went above and beyond their job description to help us move furniture and get our homes ready for the inside work. Once the inside work started, we barely knew they were there. Kelly's Property services were just excellent in every aspect of their services. Dennis Lasell and his crew were exceptional in replacing my condo windows . I am on the seventh floor and felt secure in their expertise handling this tricky project. His crew were highly skilled and very pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with my new windows and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of renovation.

We have been using Kelly's Property Services for over 20yrs. They have fixed just about every ailment our house has had! The workers are diligent and very pleasant ! We just had our kitchen cabinets done and they were able to recreate the antique finish! It looks amazing!! We are never disappointed. Bryan and his crew are the Best!
