I am posting this review specifically to offset the one negative review written by very difficult people in our condominium association. Kelly Property Services was the most respectful, professional, and kindest group of workmen I have ever had in my home. Before the construction began, they went house to house to go over in great detail what the work would entail and what we needed to do to prepare. They went above and beyond their job description to help us move furniture and get our homes ready for the inside work. Once the inside work started, we barely knew they were there. They worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently, and finished faster than we ever imagined. It is infuriating that one household who treated them disrespectfully and with verbal abuse and outrageous demands posted a negative review that in no way reflects Kelly Property Services. This couple was so horrid to the workmen from Kelly that they refused to enter their home without somebody from the Management company present. They have also been mean and insulting to other residents at association meetings. Please ignore any comments from these awful people. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Property and guarantee that you will be thrilled to work with them.
