Do NOT work with this firmI had the misfortune of hiring the firm to do my 2020 tax.They dragged my case out for 2.5 months (neglect, not active working). They waited when there's only a few days left and told me they would charge me 250% of our agreed upon price. (Their excuse was they did not know my full scope. But that was a lie. I have told them exactly what I needed on the first call and the original quote was on par with my previous cost from my previous accountant, I moved states).Finally we negotiated a new price, 50% increase (for no obvious reason), I paid and signed and waited and waited.
