I am more than impressed with my full-body mole exam with Dr. Gregory Orlowski. From scheduling my appointment as a new patient to checking in with Claira at the front desk, the entire experience was exceptional. Claira was professional, friendly, and efficient during the check-in process. We even had a brief chat, and she thoughtfully recommended a hand cream and provided samples for my very dry hands. I recently visited Dr. Helen Raynham in her new Waltham office. The level of care and treatment that I received was exceptional. Dr. Raynham and her entire staff are so kind and caring. I do want to comment that I found it VERY easy to get to the new Waltham office and it offered plenty of parking!

I want to thank Dr Helen Raynham and her two understaff for an amazing comforting and reassuring time at their facility. They understood my plight and the doctor comforted me and reassured me everything was going to be okay. That's the type of bedside manner patient should get so thank you all site also has plenty of parking and you get a dunkin' donuts next door. Folks if you want a place that makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation , this is it.
