a bit more pricey than some other laundromats, but i'm willing to pay more for convenience. the staff are very helpful and friendly. once when i was having trouble with adding more time to the dryer, an employee noticed and came over to help me without me having to even ask. i can do a big load all at once very quickly and other than the soap buildup in the detergent spot, their machines are clean and efficient! they also have detergent on site, which can be expensive but again, has saved me when i've forgotten mine. the vending machines sometimes don't work, but the staff will open it up to get you what you need.

Prices range from smallest $4.95-$11.95 washers. They dont wipe down the soap inserts so there's a lot of build up and black spots when putting in Softner or detergent.
They do take credit card but if you can drive around Waltham/Watertown/Belmont, youll find 3.00- 10.00 options for loads.

The staff are always nice! A little expensive, but cheaper than the coin operated laundry in my apartment.
I also appreciate the ability to load my laundry card with bills or my debit/credit card.
