Braman returned for their yearly contract during the last week of September. After phone and email discussions about July's technical issues, they performed the minimum required work. Upon finding tasks incomplete, I contacted their office and had a positive conversation with the dispatcher, who promptly sent technician Albert. Albert was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful, completing all requested work without attitude. His service was impressive, and I will request him for all future contract services. Albert is a valuable asset to Braman Termite; our interaction was a model of good business practices.

This company has eliminated so many pest problems that I had in my home. They are detail oriented, always on time, and explain everything as they get the job done. The attention to detail is unmatched. I had tried 3 different companies before Braman and got no results. Braman is the only company that got the pest situation under control and if they find something in addition to the scheduled services like a wasp nest, they treat and eliminate that problem as well. Highly recommend.
