Braman returned for their yearly contract during the last week of September. After phone and email discussions about July's technical issues, they performed the minimum required work. Upon finding tasks incomplete, I contacted their office and had a positive conversation with the dispatcher, who promptly sent technician Albert. Albert was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful, completing all requested work without attitude. His service was impressive, and I will request him for all future contract services.
