It was one of the BEST experiences I had for my face! I came in for a facial treatment, and it was very soothing. The aesthetician was really friendly and knowledgeable. She paid close attention to what I needed for my face and whenever I asked questions, she responded with deep explanations which made this experience very fun to learn. It had a great atmosphere which made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The price was reasonable and I already booked my next appointment! I can't wait to come back!

If I can give ALIA 5 stars to make a perfect score, then I will give the business a 10 (if that makes sense )! When we walked in, a very tidy and welcoming reception area greeted us. Ambiance was just perfect for a cozy, (even a) family-oriented wait while somebody starts to be prepped.Pre-treatment was a thorough explanation of the procedure, expectations, healing time, etc. During the treatment, more in-depth explanation of the process. Post-treatment included a briefing of more expectations, healing process, after care, etc.Nothing beats their attention to detail, meticulousness and thoroughness. I started coming to Alia because I purchased a Groupon and wanted to try microdermabrasion. The staff and service were exceptional. The microdermabrasion was wonderful for my skin. The two women with whom I have interacted were knowledgeable and skilled. I am now a regular customer. They are wonderful to work with and always accommodating.
