After a less than ideal experience with a our last vet my fiancé and I brought our cat here, and honestly we were desperate for someone who understood anxious cats. From the start we had an asking experience, I mentioned that our guy was a little spicy and the vet tech said “It’s nothing I can’t handle!” Which put our minds at ease instantly.After a check over, Dr. McMillan called me in to go over our cats history in depth. This was such a kind and caring gesture that showed me they truly care about the whole picture and work with a total understanding of the cats issues. Today I took my three legged, reactive dog here for a consult to see if he would benefit from PT. Everyone here was so understanding and patient with my reactive boy, and he's a large dog so it meant the world to us. They had us give him a little bit of medication at a time to calm him down and give him the least restrictive care possible. They talked over several things that would help him with us and recommended PT. I thought I loved this place then. When going to leave, I realized my car battery was dead and two of the techs helped me jump it and refused to let me get them coffee to say thank you. 10/10 everyone here is an angel to humans and animals alike

Dr. McMillan, Lena and team have provided amazing care for my parrots and dog for the last 6 years. Dr. McMillan is one of the best vets I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She's a scientist who considers every aspect of animal care along with the science of medicine and homeopathic solutions as well. Additionally, Lena and team are always accommodating and go out of their way to consider the impact on my experience as a pet mom because I drive 2+hours for my animals to be cared for by Dr. McMillan.
