Dr. Smolka and Dr. Holmes are incredible. I came to Holmes Family Vet as a second opinion for my senior cat who had been acting very strange and the last vet I took her too could not offer any diagnosis and only offered pricey options to try and diagnose her. Dr. Smolka examined her and shared a possible diagnosis and spoke to me about different options to confirm her prediction and next steps I could take. This allowed me to make an informed decision and we were able to confirm Dr. Smolka’s prediction and take action from there. They treated my cat with so much love and care. I’m grateful I found a vet clinic and Doctors I can trust, thank you Holmes Family Vet team!
The Holmes Family Vet team has been incredibly supportive. They are friendly and compassionate, and they clearly care for both the animals, and their humans. Dr. G always gave my senior guinea pigs the best care here! I always felt that she really took time to see them carefully and thoroughly. Scheduling and communication with the staff has always been so quick and clear, especially in the last year where my older guinea pigs had several emergency medical issues. If you are looking for an exotic vet, I would highly recommend Holmes Family Veterinary Clinic!
I switched from Foxboro Animal Hospital to Holmes after a bad experience with a front desk staff member and let me just tell you, the front desk staff at this vet is 1000% better. I appreciate all of their time and efforts. Dr. G is amazing, she was able to get a lot done w my 9yr old dog who was traumatized by our previous vet office, during covid when we weren’t allowed in the room, and is just generally an amazing doctor. Thank you so much to the staff and doctors at HFV. I’ll see you Friday 😂😂
