By far the most kind human beings on the planet work here. My 16 year old kitty had a huge tumor that they worked on and we ended up having to put her down a week later. The staff is the most loving kind and empathetic people. The doctor was almost actually crying with me. I appreciate how loving they were for my cat and how they gave me encouraging words. It was a very terrible thing but the people who we worked with made it so much more bareable. I am forever grateful for the kindness shown to me and Muffin.

We have taken our cats and golden retriever here for years. They are so honest and compassionate. The front desk staff is so accommodating and helpful. The vets, especially Dr. McCabe and Dr. Poor, have been so great about always doing what is right for my animals. I have never felt that they have anything but my pet’s health as their top priority. Highly recommend!

Norfolk County Veterinary is amazing!! The new space is gorgeous, so clean, welcoming, and calming. Even when the waiting room is busy, there’s lots of room to spread out, which really helps my 13-year-old boxer who gets anxious.
Dr. Poor is a gem. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have been to many vets, including years in New York City, and she stands out as one of the best. She took the time to review my dog’s full medical history, did an incredibly thorough exam, and came up with thoughtful treatment options I’d never been offered before. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident in our plan.
