Can not say as many amazing things about Jones Contracting Inc out of Walpole. Russell Jones was amazing from our first meeting! They were working on a very large excavation project in our area and we had him do some work on our yard as well. Russell was in contact numerous times and always returned our text and calls with any concerns that we had. Being new to having work like ths done we did not know what to expect. Russell walked us through each step and checked in to make sure all of our questions were answered immediately. I highly recommend working with this team. Very responsive, always available to answer questions, the gentlemen at the site work were very professional and made sure everything was in order prior to leaving the site. Extremely customer oriented! I couldn’t recommend this team enough!

Russ was the septic contractor recommended by our engineering, great recommendation, Russ knows the regulations and worked well with the Board of Health. Russ came in on budget and completed the job as he said. That was 7 year past and never had a problem. We definitely would hire him again and definitely recommend his company. I also want to say he and his staff are all very helpful and cureteous
