The most horrible experience EVER! Customer service is horrible - the case manager, Pattie, received my son's paperwork for a new mask because his old mask is torn almost two weeks ago. She never contacted me. I had to reach out to her again and again to finally hear her say, "I will e-mail you new patient paperwork." Really? You could not have done that two weeks ago? Her supervisor said, "We are sorry. She was on vacation." I'm glad she went on vacation, but could someone else in the office could have contacted me? My son suffers everyday, yet she goes on vacation without her or anyone else contacting me. Very unprofessional and uncaring!... read full review
