We had recently purchased a fridge from Costco and within a week had a mishap with a broken piece for the ice machine. Costco had referred and sent out Mike from LAR service. He had called and requested any information and pictures to help speed up the process for both ends. After I had sent the needed information Mike contacted me and decided to have a whole new ice bin sent out and we received it the next day. Mike was quick to the point and didn't waste my time. Mike from LAR just came to fix a Whirlpool fridge at my home and I could not be more impressed. He was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. There are so few people who can repair things nowadays and Mike is excellent. Support this small business! (Also, I've never met him before, in case anyone thinks this review is someone he knows lol)

Mike came and repaired our washer, he was efficient and personable, very helpful. Gave me a cell phone number to follow up to be sure machine continued to function properly. I highly recommend them!
