Shaun the manager was wonderful I was having some anxiety taking my car through the car wash and he was able to do it for me. Wonderful customer service always willing to help customers. So happy with our Wakefield membership!

Shaun has to be the best employee they have!! I asked him to get my passenger side of my car cleaned cause birds pooped purple on my white car and he totally took care of it!! Best guy around always remembers my name and my car :)Service: Polishing

I’ve been going to the Wakefield golden nozzle location for a few yrs now. And have been loving it! New boy with tattoos all over has been giving me a hard time since he started, recently. Demanding me to apply the scan sticker to my windshield (I place it on dashboard when driving through). Tells me I have “no choice” with the most foul and disrespectful tone. Didn’t let me through today, after I was at the point where my car is on neutral, and even had other cars back up and out so that I could reverse and leave, telling the people behind me that I’m a “little girl” and that’s the reason they had to back up and wait.
