First of all, I had to take time off work to attend the appointment I scheduled.
When I arrived at the building, both the front and back doors were locked, and there was no way to enter. I called the phone number listed on the company’s website several times, but no one answered.
I ended up waiting for someone to come out just so I could get inside. I also knocked on the door for more than 15 minutes, as there was no visible doorbell, but no one responded.
Eventually, I texted the number from which I received the appointment confirmation, and only later did I receive an apology.
