In November 2024, Falite Brothers in Wakefield installed a new air conditioner unit to replace our 19-year-old one.
We have had Falite service our old a/c for about the past 17 years. We have been happy with their service through the years and when it was time to replace the old unit, we hired Falite.
The whole process went smoothly and the responsiveness of all that were involved was impressive. We first met with the John the Sales Manager who helped in selecting the unit to be installed and promptly provided us with an estimate. I had a new A/C system installed last year. Was very happy from the consult to install. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. Had serving done in May. There was an issue that was thought to be the compressor. BIG SHOUT OUT TO Nick who came and double checked it! Turns out was a fan and easily fixed. Very happy with all of my interactions with them.
Let me start by saying that I could be extremely long-winded on this review, but for the purposes of readability, I will be concise. My expectations were surpassed every single day with Falite brothers. It can be a difficult experience having work done on your home when you're living there, but the level of professionalism and expertise that Joe, Jim, and Matt brought to the worksite was Barr not. Every day they spent several minutes with us walking through the house discussing what they've done and what the plan for the day was.
