I am the Practice Manager at Putnam Veterinary Clinic and today we had our annual maintenance performed my Zeke. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. Highly recommend Falite Bros for all your HVAC needs!
From the start, inquiring and booking my appointment with the office was easy, staff was polite and helpful. mark t put me in contact with the office promptly. Sabrina did a great job getting me a quicker service appointment date than other companies in the area. Day of service Ezekiel and his helper arrived exactly on time ready to work, the two of them conducted themselves extremely professionally with good attitudes and honest feedback. he gave me a clear state of health with my older system and the work he had preformed on this visit, in addition to he advised me on the next steps to ensure proper safe running for the upcoming season. I was at the house when Zeke and Michelina showed up to do a maintenance and they were very courteous and professional. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.
