He came the same day (within a couple hours), was communicative about what he was doing and what it all meant, efficient, identified our problem (broken sewer main outside our foundation), and gave us suggestions on who we should contact in order to fix it. We would use his services again

Can't say enough. I have upstairs apartment bathtub that was leaking into the downstairs apartment. It was a mess. My cousin, who knows these things was out of state at the time and when I explained the problem he assumed it would involve breaking into the wall and require a major repair. So I was expecting at least a GRAND to get this problem fixed. I called and left a message at 9pm and received a call back within a half hour from Scott. I explained to him what my cousin thinks the problem is. He came by early afternoon the very next day.
