Absolute worst company. They have zero respect for their employees. They never answer their phones and do not return your calls. They get rid of all the nice office staff and keep the terrible, rude ones. I do not know how this company stays in business.

Not sure who wrote the previous comment, probably the owner! This is a terrible company. There is no love or respect for their employees unless you are one of the chosen ones. If that is what is considered family that is very sad. Stay as far away as possible. Also, whoever wrote that comment needs to go back to school and learn how to punctuate a sentence.

As im writing this review i see other reviews have had the same issues as i have I do not recommend Best Home Care. I needed help with shopping and light house cleaning. The first time I was supposed to have someone come they never showed up. I called an hour after this person was supposed to be at my home and was told there was a mix up in the schedule she would not be starting until the following week. Ok I understand mistakes happen not a big deal.
