When I walked in, Chris greeted me with a friendly smile and I asked if they were open? He said he was not open (it was Monday) and then graciously offered to cut my husband’s hair anyway. We had a great conversation while he was cutting and he made us feel more than welcome. How’s that for excellent customer service?!! We both left the shop smiling and the best part is that my husband has found a new barber!!“
