It was such a pleasurable experience for my 3 1/2 Year Old Grandson Gunnar. From the moment we walk in the door you could feel the positive energy. Everyone was so kind. Talisa my Grandson’s Barber was patient and caring. I would definitely 100% recommend Over the Top to my family, friends and others. Thank you for the wonderful experience. ?????
