I have had severe back problems. After seeing Stefan this summer and fall, this is the first time in 4 years I have been able to exercise. I can not recommend him enough. I have tried many many approaches to good spinal care, and this is the best experience AND results I have ever had. I can not say enough. He takes his craft extremely seriously and the individual attention is beyond compare.

These are folks who know and care about health and well being and share with gentility and skill. Pilates is improving my quality of life as I age. It's a gift to the aging process. It has improved my quality of life palpably!

I have been a client for many years and find the owner and the staff have extremely high standards and work ethics. The facility is good but the knowledge and motivation they continuously provide are exceptional!!
