Emo & Scott thanks once again.i fell like family when I'm at your shop.my radiator went out on me at the new Hampshire line.They towed my truck and trailer back to the shop.This was 2 days before Christmas. Had the radiator ordered before I got there.they had me out by end off the day.Emo explain all the cost to me.i have to give Scott a refresher course on the driving.(lol).right now I am lost for words how genuinely nice they are at this shop.i made my deliverys in Maryland later that night and on my back to Texas. Their prices are fair.i will always be greatfull.blessing too all.

I can’t say enough good things about River Edge. They towed my box truck at a very fair rate and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road without breaking the bank.
Originally, the parts they were quoted came in extremely high, and instead of just passing that cost on to me, they spent an entire day making calls and searching for better options. Because of their effort, they were able to bring my repair quote down from $7,500 to under $3,000. That kind of honesty and dedication is rare.
I was extremely happy and genuinely grateful for the service they provided. They clearly care about their customers and do everything they can to find the best solution, not just the most expensive one. I highly recommend River Edge to anyone needing truck repairs—you’ll be treated fairly and with respect.

The 2 owners, Scott the Manager. David the mechanic every one just incredibly friendly. They rushed to get the parts my truck needed to get me back on the road to be able to finish my deliveries. Highly recommend them for service. Plus they do mobile repair and tows as well. Really just a great experience. Thank you everyone at Rivers Edge.

Worst company to deal with period! I got stuck on the road and arranged for them to come out, they sent me the link for payment and I almost paid it, come to find out driver was never even going to show up to tow us out! They wanted $750 for it too. DO NOT TRUST THEM, Driver James was the one who mistreated us. Now I’m sitting waiting for a different tow who I refused to come out before!
