Our experience with owner Jon Rigali and his crew was outstanding. We needed a roof replacement quickly to support our home sale and Jon was extremely helpful every step of the way. He was timely with his assessment; providing a quote, which was superior to the other four quotes we received; and pulling a permit. (We opted not to include a garage roof install, which saved us money.) He was transparent about crew availability but he was also able to schedule us quickly due to a cancellation and within the original time frame quoted. Rigali Exterior Construction was a breeze to do business with. Jon was very knowledgeable, thorough and communicative throughout the process. His crew was very professional and courteous. I was impressed with their quality of work and efficiency. It’s nice to do business with a contractor that takes pride in his work.
Rigali did a great job on my roof. They made the whole process easy - it was nice working with someone who had superior follow through and was HONEST! The clean up was immaculate! Jon takes the extra time to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction and the satisfaction of the customer.
