Hellen Fuels came to our rescue after our furnace broke down the day after Christmas this year. With frozen temperatures and a baby at home, their level of professionalism and care that they demonstrated is rare to find.
All in all, the old furnace was inspected and a new one quoted, ordered, delivered, and installed within 24 hours, which is almost unbelievable. It was evident that the team pushed to get this all completed before the weekend and we could not speak any higher of their professionalism and care to other prospective customers.
I have never seen such helpful people. Our daughter and her husband and their baby were completely without heat. They showed up within an hour, ordered a furnace, and installed it the next day - during Christmas week! A special thank you to Jim and Steven. Absolutely customers for life!! Thank you all!
I recently had my boiler replaced by Hellen Fuels this is the third installation I’ve had them do. The install was clean, professional and done on time. Jimmy who handles installs didn’t disappoint as always….great job!
