My dog Charlie has been going to best friends since he was 8 weeks old and having the time of his life. He literally runs to the door when he is going to school. The staff is so friendly and caring to our pets. You could not ask for a better daycare for your dog. I highly recommend best friends to everyone who wants the best for their dog. Forgot to mention Charlie is in obedience training with Mattison who is phenomenal with him. He loves her so much and it has improved his behavior so much. Joanne. Maille

I have brought my golden retriever to Best Friends Tyngsboro for 6 yrs. Woukd not consider using a different provider. The staff have been mire than accommodating when i needed help due to a medical oriblem. They treat my dog as though she was their own. Cant say enough goid things about the grooming services. I love these guys😊

This place is DISGUSTING!!!! Cameras were down my husbands and I entire trip when we wanted to check on our dogs. Called.. nobody answered for 3 days. Picked our dog up when we landed and she was covered in feces. Manager was nowhere to be found, and my dog instantly ran over to me and peed everywhere. They have not let her out the entire weekend.. never any sign of my dog in the cameras... our sweet dog Charlie came home LIMPING like something has happened to her when we were away and was acting really funny. I do now recommend this place AT ALL!!!! We are sick!

Communication and respect during interactions did not work at this place. For two summers, we took our dog there, paying for a 12-day plan. When we enrolled her, we were told that if we missed any day, we could use it the following month. During the week of July 4th, on a Friday morning, we were informed that they could not accept her because they were full. Later, when we tried to discuss the situation, they told us that we could accumulate points but did not acknowledge that we had not missed any days; they did not accept our dog even though we were paying for the plan. The attitude during the conversation and the communication channels were very poor. Unfortunately, my experience was not good, and the most frustrating part is that it seems they do not care, even though they try to show otherwise.
