A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating Inc. has done a great job servicing our boiler and water heater over the years.
The previous owner built the house in the 1950's and created seven different heating zones for a medium size house. This Spring we had an issue with one of our zone valves not closing properly thus the boiler was still making hot water for that zone after we turned the heat off for the season.

Rob from Fagundes came to replace a kitchen faucet and gave us a quote on a leaking shower head. At no charge, he replaced the shower head with a hose attached unit that my wife decided she didn’t like. When we put the old one back on it failed. So Rob went back to the truck grabbed a new conventional shower head and installed it — all at no extra
charge beyond the faucet replacement. Now that’s going above and beyond!
