I brought several articles of clothing here that needed to be rushed. They accommodated my request without issue and had them complete when they said they would. All the staff I interacted with on the phone and in person were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

My daughter got married on Saturday and two of the brides maid's dresses were wrinkled. The morning of this was brought to my attention and I was unable to get the wrinkles out using a steam iron on low heat. I wont give any business names, but (with only 4 hours to get these dresses pressed)I called 4 different local dry cleaners to see if I could get them pressed. Not one could do it, in fact one of the businesses literally hung up on me. Townsend was kind of pushing it from Fitchburg, to get the dresses to and from in a timely manner as the wedding was in New Hampshire. I needed my wedding dress hemmed with my wedding only being 3 weeks away, and the owner said no problem. He was extremely nice and got it finished within a week of being dropped off. He did an amazing job!
