Perfect Cut the Hair Salon

Just got my hair done at perfect cut and I am blown away by how great my experience was. Not only was the staff beyond kind, but my hair came out better than I could even imagine! Wendy did my hair and I will definitely be going back to see her!!

I just went to the Perfect Cut and had to write a review. My son and I just went to get our haircuts there and we are ecstatic with the work and professionalism there. Our stylist, Gracie, was the utmost professional from the time we walked in the door. Our haircuts started even before our appointed time. We had great conversation while she diligently attended to our meticulous haircuts. We both walked out the door with smiles on our faces. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been going to this Topsfield location for about 2 years. I have referred my mother and my daughter. My daughter got a truly horrible haircut, that in her words makes her look like a "mushroom". The hairdresser kept cutting the back till she got it even. It was supposed to be jaw line bob it ended up at the cheek level. The hair was layered, which meant random chunks out of the outer layer of hair. The hairdresser did not want to wash her hair and did not have time to blowdry her hair. I still paid full price.

I was supposed to be next, but she asked to blow dry her friend's hair. After about 15 minutes, I looked over and she was curling her friends hair; at that point we paid and left.

This hairstylist was completely unprofessional. She exclaimed her relief that her last hair appointment was cancelled, while I was waiting for her to cut mine.
While cutting my daughter's hair, she chatted with her friend and her mother which included negative comments as to my daughter's hair style choice.

I called the owner/manager of the salon. She stated that she would review the video and the audio. I was not informed conversation was recorded and here was nothing obvious to me that was posted.

The owner/manager did suggest my daughter go back but my daughter refused.

I have only been at this salon for about 3 years and I love it! The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated and the staff are extremely friendly. My stylist, Shawn, is so great! She listens to me when I explain what I want and spends quite a bit of time making sure I am happy. If something isn't right, she will bend over backwards to fix it. It's the perfect match for me! I highly recommend going to the Perfect Cut!!
