I went here on the 11th of April and my glasses will be ready around the 28 of April, although i know they said that I have not been able to check any status on line if any says im not a customer and not on file, makes me worried and new to My Eye dr and i have never waited this long for glasses or had a problem checking y order. just looking forward to my new glasses kathy b

Dr Patel & her staff are phenomenal. Amazing experience! They are efficient, kind, well informed, & provided me with a wonderful experience. A very comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

MyEyeDr. in Topsfield is the office I will always go to for my glasses. I went with my prescription on July 29, 2025, to buy new glasses. I had the opportunity to work with Optician Katryn. She listened, was efficient with finding my insurance and file, and was helpful but not pushy when I was looking for just the right frames. I need objective opinions to choose frames. The manager, Katrin, was also there and in a friendly way helped me as well. I am so happy with my glasses, and they even came in sooner than expected.
