Recently, we took our beloved family cat to this vet for routine care; some self inflicted scratches due to a food allergy. The vet gave her three different injections, charged us a whopping amount and sent us home. Two days later, our cat was dead having suffered a painful death towards the end. The last day of our cat's life we tried to contact this vet but a voicemail recording stated that the office was on vacation. Over medicated and unsupported! Our family is devastated.

It turns out curbside service makes one feel "waited on". The staff came right to my car and listened carefully to Mitzi's symptoms and carried my large, heavy cat & carrier into the office. Was very pleased Mitzi got a thorough exam & extras like a front toenail trim. Kirsten honestly couldn't find cause of itching. But kind, attentive young staff spotted the minuscule lone star tick larvae. After a review with Kirsten, I left reassured and armed with Bravectin & the right date to apply.
