What I can say as a former employee of 7+ years? Worst micromanagement I ever experienced, constant lying to customers and employees, almost zero field training, zero benefits (insurance, vacations, sick days) since company decided to turn all full time techs to contractors. We were told by managers to lie to customers and miss represent ourselves as a client employee (big name computer brands), not as a 3rd party service provider contractor. Bonuses system were always placed to test us how much we can do everyday, each program was then adjusted few months after it was placed so we can't make to much from it but managers can bump productivity. So where to begin, firstly I worked for this company for about 3 years. I could never make a profit in my personal finances due to their totally corrupt way of thinking. They constantly told me to lie to customer about their part delays and scheduling due to my bosses constantly telling me to do things their way. I was let go about a year in due to some reorganization and my bosses constantly telling at the time left me a voicemail to let me know he “had an opportunity for me”. I rang him back to see what it was about, only to find out that he was leveraging me to either work OEM for Dell and Lenovo or be fired. I get appointment confirmation emails later than the appointment, the tech claims they don't have the parts, reschedules, and the same thing happens. Now I get "we could not reach you" emails, before and after the appointment they made. No phone call records. I call the tech and they still do not have the parts, tells me he is having issues with his phone, and want to reschedule further in the future. The next-day warranty I paid for is (so far) an 8-day response time.
