I had an amazing experience with Mike today who fixed my new Lenovo laptop. He was super communicative and prompt, and went above and beyond.
While I’m not thrilled with Lenovo, I’m super thrilled by WTS and Mike for coming to the rescue!!
If you're looking for a reliable service partner I would not recommend using Worldwide Tech Services (WTS). I have been let down by WTS, specifically Steve Copeland (Branch Manager). I had a Lenovo ThinkPad with Premier Next Day repair scheduled. WTS emailed me late the following day informing me the repair will be delayed, then after numerous calls and promises from their support team informing me that the repair would be that day/ tomorrow, 4 days later and after me calling in again I was informed that no service tech is available at all in the region and that I would need to contact Lenovo to arrange a different vendor to carry out the repair.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This is an exceptionally awful company. They were a vendor for company through which I bought my computer to provide warranty services. I needed a computer repair. They would constantly set specific appointments and then at the last minute tell me they weren't going to make the appointment. After a few delays, they escalated and management promised repairs would happen at a certain date and time, but they still broke their promises.
Ultimately, the parts needed for the repair were shipped back by FedEx because they took too long to come pick them up. Now the parts are in backlog and my computer is indefinitely out of service.
