Dr. Wu takes the time to listen and is extremely professional. Every time I go to Solace the service is warm and friendly. The girls greet you with a smile and are always prompt with appointments Dr. Wu understands the needs of the customer and always provides the most desirable results. I will always make Solace my go to spa for all of my beauty care needs. With much gratitude, a very satisfied customer.

No business has all 40 reviews with a 5 rating. They put those reviews up themselves. I paid 140. for three infrared sauna. The first thing they do is have you fill out facial problems and what not. They were clearly aggravated that i didn't want anything else except infrared, the so- called doctor Elaine Wu kept glaring at my face. You could tell she was perusing my face rudely to see how much money that business could make on my face. After three sauna's, i said i'll take 3 more and they said i couldn't. I was doing the sauna for health reasons and three was not enough. Being doctors you would have thought they would know that. So i wasted 140. There was never anyone else in the whole place for patients all the time i went there. They said they had to fix one of the sauna's was their excuse. Since i had already committed to healing with their sauna, they should have let me finish, but clearly there was another reason. No one else was going to use the other sauna while i was there for that 40 minutes , no one was ever there for any reason.I've heard from other people that their services are not up to snuff. Save your money, avoid this place like the plague.

Solace has a lovely, tranquil atmosphere with a courteous and very knowledgeable staff. I received a specialized facial in a relaxing and comfortable space. My esthetician was personable and provided me detailed explanations about each step. I appreciated being given a sheet with recommendations as to products and services to maintain the best results. I would highly recommend them and have already made my next appointment.

I recently had a facial at Solace and had a wonderful experience! My esthetician was knowledgeable, approachable and overall very kind. The medspa is clean, luxurious and I felt very taken care of! More information was offered about the products they used however, I never felt pressured into making a purchase. I was also given some skin recommendations based on my skin type at the end of my facial which was really helpful. My skin has been glowing ever since - I highly recommend Solace and will absolutely be returning!!

Great experience at Solace Spa. Started with a relaxing time in the sauna and then an amazing facial by Sarah. Have had many facials in the past but this was by far the best. Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend!
