Very disappointing experience. When I called to become a new patient, the receptionist asked if I had a recent eye exam. Not handicapped friendly. Receptionists rude, and did not even know the date, nor anything about billing. Cancel last minute, too. Now took two days off for nothing. Once we got into the room my youngest was on his tablet which is his comfort zone and will stay quietly on it she said to him put it down. I totally understand and put it down. She started the exam with my son and told him to read something from a card she handed to...read full review
