Our heater went down unexpectedly, Franks was out within a day and had it back up and running with a simple cleaning and relighting of the pilot flame. Will be scheduling yearly service with them going forward! Thank you Frank’s!

At 2:am I became aware that my furnance was running continuously but not producing enough heat to keep my home warm. I called the next morning and spoke with Krystal who explained they were booked solid but would try to fit me in, and she did. Thomas my technician was wonderful, explaining as he investigated. But most importantly, he got my furnance up and running. Frank's is truly a company you can rely on for great customer service.

Of the 4 quotes, only Tim P. Of Frank’s took the time to measure the house and size the unit to the house. All other quotes just wanted to swap the oversized unit. This was a complete AC / furnace replacement that was done professionally and in a timely manner. Another benefit to having the unit sized to the house - my electric use for the AC has been reduced . Thank you for the equipment and service
