Recently completed HVAC installation in my basement. I was satisfied with the quality of work. More importantly, a part of the completed duct work need to be raised a few inches at the time of framing and Chris, the agent who I worked with at Franks, immediately responded and scheduled a Frank’s technician to come in the next day. Frank’s pricing for HVAC is on expensive side but the quality of work is great. I will post another review after the basement is completed and the HVAC becomes fully functional to confirm that everything looks good.

EXCELLENT, reliable, honest, knowledgeable and fare, upfront pricing.I cannot say enough GOOD about the entire staff at Frank's.This past Tuesday, Frank's SAVED me financially and emotionally with an honest diagnosis that a previous plumbing co. misdiagnosed to me.Then, that 'other' company (not Frank's) quoted me almost $600. to return and fix the fake problem they found. We had a new ductless split (Mitsubishi - one unit outside with 2 inside) installed in an in-law that had heat but no AC. The AC did its job well but it is also doing a great job supplementing the oil heat as well. My Mom is always cold and it added the required extra layer of heat. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the tech guys were professional and clean. They also added an Ecobee thermostat so I can control the main heat from my phone.
