They answer all questions thoroughly and explain everything that needs to be done. Curtis Dale is professional, well organized, and provides very fast turnaround service to resolve issues. Communication skills are outstanding. The business policy of deducting the cost of an in-house visit from the price of the work is a “best practice.” Customers have utilized many plumbers and found working with Curtis fantastic. The service is great and 100% professional, with permits handled completely. The team is very responsive and updates customers as things progress.
