Called after regular business hours on a Friday night. They got a technician out within a hour. Wander the Tec. Was tremendous. His diagnosis of the problem was spot on. I had an electrical issue that was affecting the operation of the A.C. He even called two days later to see how I made out. He is a credit to the company. Paul Norton

I called 6:30pm and they responded. The technician was friendly, polite, and very professional. I can tell that knew what he was doing. He fixed my AC, after explaining the issue clearly. I highly recommend American Air Tewksbury . If you’re luck, you will have the technician Mark Giordano.
