The technician from Young Electrical (I wish I had gotten his name) was on-time, professional, friendly, and definitely knew the technical details of our Generac generator. He performed the safety inspection and replacement of the fuel plenum and diagnosed and solved a rough running issue while he was here as well. I can't recommend Young Electrical Services enough! Great people to deal with!

We had a whole bunch of under cabinet lights and built in can opener and blender that had to be removed and the wires attended to. Jake was great. He explained what he was doing and showed how he left a stretch of the wiring dead but ready to be used after the cabinets are refaced. He also removed and replaced the light over the sink. He took all removed parts away and came back the next day to reassemble the fuse box cover and move the refrigerator. Super nice, super tidy and super service!

We purchased a generator through them. They are wonderful. Jason, who we dealt with from a sales side, was extremely patient and responsive. All along, so very good natured! Anytime i emailed him with follow up questions (leading up to my decision, waiting for my generator and after install) he replied within a couple of hours. The technicians that came to install our generator were great. Very professional and kind. Even in the middle of a downpour they completed the install. They took the time to teach us how it works. I have and will recommend Young!
