I had a great experience with Soares Sanitation & Pumping. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. Amanda in the office was wonderful to speak with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The rest of the office staff were also very kind and accommodating.

Soares sanitation did an impeccable job replacing my septic system. The staff was very helpful and explained the process from start to finish. The company handled the entire process which made the process less stressful.

Hired Soares to do a Title 5 inspection. From the start, they were very communicative about the process and associated costs. Brittany arrived with a coworker (whose name I did not get) and they got right to work. She kept me informed throughout the inspection, particularly when an issue arose due to location of the D box under a portion of the edge of my driveway. She offered a solution and the work continued, albeit with a change in strategy. The inspection was successfully completed that day and they came back to remove the pavement that had to be cut out to access the box. They then spread some loam to fill where the pavement was removed so that now it's hard... read full review
