I scheduled two haircuts and eyebrow waxes for my mother and I for 12 pm. We arrive at 11:55am and they were closed so we walked around to give them time to open. We came back for 12:10-15 and their doors were still closed, lights off. We saw a woman counting the draw and decided to give her more time and walk around so we didn't rush her. We came back for 12:15 -20a they were open. However when we spoke with the woman she said that our appointments were automatically cancelled and she could no longer take us because she had an appointment at one. Not happy at all paid for a wash and style which I asked to have my hair curled she used a straightener and it wasnt even curls it was just a mess and I'm not one to complain but I'm very disappointed.
